Actually, one star is still too many. I was there today with my little daughter, she really wanted an ice cream. And we went without it again, because they didn't want to make ice cream in their cups, because they think about the environment. I also support that, but there are enough other options nowadays to which one could switch! No, instead you send small children away without ice cream. She can't eat the croissant yet, which I also explained because she can't eat as fast as it melts! That was our last visit! Absolute cheek and zero customer orientation .. !! Addendum! So I've never been to an ice cream parlor where a small child can't get ice cream in a cup, except for you. But you know your friendliness towards customers only too well! Addendum: and now the cheek to lie. They weren't even in the shop at the time, and none of the young girls offered me a mug for an extra charge.
